G. T. “Toby” Stansell has served and continues to serve in an executive management role for high-impact, fast-growth companies, primarily in the arenas of supply chain planning and execution, information technology, and enterprise software. His ability to leverage and apply technology to automate manual processes, streamline workflow across supply chains/networks, and improve information access, availability and delivery has enabled companies of all shapes and sizes to make better business decisions faster, leverage their competitive advantages, and maximize profitability.

With over 35 years of experience spanning multiple industries, Toby enables an entity to achieve its true purpose by infusing into the organization an indelible culture of communication, collaboration, cooperation, and coordination. Toby spent decades as an executive with various firms in the Netherlands, California, Texas and South Carolina. He is actively involved in the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, where he’s Vice Chair of Economic Growth and Prosperity, Co-Chair of the Accelerate Economic Development Initiative, and Instructor for the Minority Business Accelerator. Toby believes in creating a leadership legacy by expanding one’s impact through others. Toby is the Chief Operating Officer of THInc.IT, a leadership instructor for Clemson University, and leads seminars and conferences for business professionals.

David leads THInc.IT in helping clients derive business value from new and existing technology investments. He specializes in the design and implementation of work management solutions that help clients meet their organizational goals and gain operational efficiencies. With more than 30 years of experience, David’s background and knowledge includes networking, custom application development and integration, project and program management, systems analysis and design and operations management. Clients across a variety of industries have benefited from his breadth of experience and ability to bridge the gap with business challenges and effective technology-based solutions.

Kevin Carter
Director of Business Intelligence, THInc.IT

Kevin has over 28 years of Microsoft-centric system design and implementation experience. He currently serves as THInc.IT’s Director of Business Intelligence and is a data scientist with data warehousing and BI skills. Kevin’s background in application and web development further strengthen his enterprise quality system delivery capability. Today, he leads seminars on IT strategy and speaks on business intelligence tools and strategy while working on projects in emerging technologies.

Dan Hulen
Senior Manager | vCTO, THInc.IT

As a Senior Manager and vCTO, Dan specializes in advising clients on how they can grow their organization and people through the innovative use of technology, business processes and investment. Clients benefit from his broad understanding of technology along with his passion for customer value and adoption that helps clients drive down costs or drive up revenue.
With more than 25 years of experience with a background in global IT and I&O responsibility, Dan possesses a broad base of knowledge and expertise in information technology from strategy to operations, design patterns to business process, org-charts to budgets, small-business to the enterprise, and he has applied those skills to organizations as diverse as startups, banks, cooperatives, government agencies, hospitality, insurance, associations & non-profits.
Prior to joining THIncIT, Dan was the CTO of a large international nonprofit organization and served in various consulting leadership and management roles.

Jen Miller
Strategic Partner Manager, Nintex

Jen has been working with SharePoint and Nintex tools for the last 10+ years. Prior to joining Nintex, she spent the majority her career on the consulting services side of the business implementing a wide variety of workflow solutions. Jen’s background also includes running her own business for several years where she personally leveraged workflows to “do more with less”. Jen’s unique background allows her to bring personal experience along with her methodological awareness to help users leverage technology to drive value to their businesses.
